FTR #30 Interview II with Nick Begich

A follow-up interview to a previous program from 10/6/96, this discussion further develops a number of points highlighted in the first broadcast. The author of Angels Don’t Play This HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology (Earthpulse Press, softcover, copyright 1995), Dr. Nick Begich analyzes some projected aspects of the HAARP project, envisioned as an “RMA”—”A Revolution in Military Affairs”. Among the aspects discussed are: the use of HAARP as a space-based device for affecting mind control on entire population groups; HAARP’s use as an instrument for altering the body chemistry of people on the ground, in order to produce immuno-suppressive and potentially deadly effects; the projected use of the system to alter the weather for military purposes; the possible use of the system to create earthquakes and other seismic disturbances; a number of potentially catastrophic side effects of the system, including the possibility that the instrumentality could destroy the ionosphere (which protects life on earth from deadly radiation from space) by overloading it (the ionosphere) and creating a short circuit between the upper atmosphere and the earth; and the possibility that the project could slow the earth’s rotation, thus creating disastrous and unintended seismic events. Finally, the program discusses the possibility that use of the device could contribute to a shift in the earth’s magnetic poles with species-destroying results.
